On becoming a family farmer

A decision to join the Family Farmers Network signals your willingness to work collectively with other organic farms to promote local food systems.

Take advantage of our experience, our toolbox and our services to launch your project!

THE NETWORK IN 2022

  • Over 180 farms
  • More than 28,000 subscribers
  • in 15 regions of Quebec and in Acadie (NB)

The Network's Goals :

  1. Promote the development of Quebec biological agriculture by creating a demand among consumers;
  2. To make organic and local products more accessible to citizens while allowing them to support a farm directly.

Since January 1, 2020, the RFF is managed and developed by the Coopérative pour l'agriculture de proximité écologique (CAPÉ). The Network is now managed by the producers themselves. To be a member of the RFF, you must also be or become a member of the CAPÉ.
